North Bay Village is a city located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 6,733. As of 2010, the population recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau was 7,137 During its early years, North Bay Village was primarily a haven for winter residents.
The Village became widely known for its popular restaurants and nightclubs, which attracted celebrities like Frank Sinatra and Judy Garland. Most of today’s residents live here year-round. North Bay Village continues to be home to several of South Florida’s most popular restaurants, as well as a variety of business enterprises, apartment buildings, condominiums and 376 single-family homes.
